Membership Opened:

United Nations Youth and Student Association Nepal has invited the interested youth and student to joint this Association as its member and contribute to promoting it which is a platform common to all youth and students deeply committed to the ideals of United Nations.


Condition for membership:

i) Youth and Students wishing to be the member of this Association should fully agree to have faith in the objectives of this Association.

ii) Youth wishing to be the member of this Association as member should attend two or three events organized by this Association.

iii) Youth wishing to be the member of this Association as member should strictly follow the term and condition set by this Association.

iv) The Executive Council can provide membership to the applicants if it decides so. The membership fee is Rs. 500 which is equivalent to $ 7.00. Every year the members should renew their membership.

So what do you do once you are a member of UNYSAN?
Members of UNYSAN can participate in a number of Regional and National events including Model UNs and Model Security Councils, apply to and possibly represent UNYSAN overseas at international conferences such as AMUNC, UNYC or THIMUN and be eligible to stand for UNYSAN National Council and Executive. As a member you will have the opportunity to discuss world issues with other young people on the UNYSAN Discussion Forums, or at UNYSAN events and receive information about upcoming events run by other organizations (as well as UNYSAN).

• Opportunities to take part in international study tours of UN institutions
• Opportunities to participate in Model UN conferences
• Conferences to meet other members and learn more about international relations
• Opportunities to meet UN personnel and hear about their work at first hand

• The chance to join in the organisation and running of activities
• Open and democratic membership so you can have your say

VOLUNTEER

UNYASN provide various opportunities for volunteering with young and energetic youth. The volunteering opportunities are open to both Nepalese youths and International Volunteers who might be interested to work in the field of youth problem in Nepal. This is right place to explore their enthusiasm.
